Job Description
Supports manufacturing operations by performing production tasks, operating equipment (as trained), assembling components, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The role is typically fast-paced and requires attention to detail, reliability, and following standard procedures.
Key Responsibilities includes:
Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
Operate machinery or equipment safely (as trained), such as mixers, conveyors, packaging equipment, or hand tools.
Inspect parts for defects and ensure correct labelling, packaging, and documentation.
Monitor production lines to meet daily targets and minimize downtime.
Maintain cleanliness of work area, including waste removal and spill response.
Required Qualifications such as, ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks, strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures, Basic reading and numeracy skills (to read labels, work orders, and measure components). And no formal education is required.
