Job Details
Helps manufacture, assemble, pack, and/or inspect products in a factory or production environment. The role is focused on producing items efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
Core responsibilities:
Operate production equipment (e.g., assembly tools, mixers, presses, packaging machines).
Assemble products using parts, tools, and work instructions.
Inspect products for defects and follow quality-check procedures.
Pack, label, and prepare items for shipping or inventory.
Maintain documentation (production logs, QC checklists, batch numbers).
Meet productivity targets (units per hour/day) while maintaining quality.
Qualifications such as, High school diploma or equivalent, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, basic math and measurement skills, comfort with repetitive work and working on assembly lines.
