Core Responsibilities:
Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, holes, and pits per blueprints or site plans
Load/unload trucks, remove debris, and move heavy materials
Grade and level land to prepare sites
Perform pre-shift equipment inspections (fluids, hydraulics, tracks, attachments)
Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues
Coordinate with site supervisors, surveyors, and ground crew using hand signals/radio.
