Job Details includes, prepares products for shipping by assembling, packing, labelling, sealing, and checking items according to company quality and safety standards. The role often involves operating packaging lines or machines, pack products into boxes/bags/cases following work instructions, apply labels (barcodes, lot numbers, expiration dates, shipping labels), also perform quality checks (correct product, count, weight, labelling accuracy). And maintain machine settings and adjust for product/format changes.
Requirement such as, ability to read and follow SOPs/work instructions, basic math for counts, measurements, and batch checks, comfortable working with computers or handheld scanners and no formal education is required.
