Key Responsibilities and Duties
Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment (starting, adjusting, and watching for issues).
Feeding raw materials into machines and measuring/loading components.
Assembling parts or products by hand or with power tools (soldering, drilling, welding, fastening).
Performing quality checks: inspecting products for defects, removing faulty items, and ensuring they meet specifications, safety, and quality standards.
Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipping or storage.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
