Core responsibilities:
Start, operate and shut down production equipment per SOPs and safety rules.
Monitor machine performance (speeds, fill levels, temperature, pressure, CO2/carbonation), adjusting settings to maintain product/spec tolerances.
Load raw materials (syrups, water, CO2, packages) and verify batch formulas/labels.
Conduct in-line quality checks (weight, fill, seal integrity, visual defects) and remove/segregate nonconforming product.
Perform routine cleaning/CIP (clean-in-place) and sanitation tasks between runs or per schedule.
Carry out first-line troubleshooting, minor mechanical adjustments, and jam clearing; escalate complex faults to maintenance.
