Key responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment (cartoners, case packers, shrink wrappers, labelers, etc.).
Inspect finished goods for quality, correct labeling, and packaging integrity; remove and report defects.
Pack, seal, palletize, and prepare shipments according to packing lists and shipping instructions.
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments; escalate mechanical issues to maintenance.
Record production counts, lot numbers, and any nonconformances; maintain traceability and batch documentation.
Follow GMP/food-safety/cGMP/ISO procedures and company safety policies.
