Develops, implements, and enforces health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure the workplace complies with legal regulations and company standards. The goal is zero harm to people, property, and environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and Safety Management Systems (SMS), Prepare for and lead HSE audits, inspections, and certifications, identify potential hazards and recommend control measures and Develop Emergency Response Plans and lead fire drills, evacuation drills, oil spill drills.
Required Qualifications includes, High school Diploma or equivalent, deep knowledge of HSE laws and regulations, strong leadership and ability to enforce rules without being ignored, excellent report writing and documentation, good communication and training skills and attention to detail and observation.
