Core responsibilities:
Assess patients’ physical conditions, movement limitations, and pain through examination and patient history
Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans
Use manual therapy techniques (massage, joint mobilization, manipulation)
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Use modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy, and traction
Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and home exercise programs
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
