Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Performing routine and preventive maintenance (inspecting drives, motors, belts; checking fluid levels; replacing filters; lubricating equipment).
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural issues.
Responding to work orders and emergency service calls from occupants or management.
Handling basic plumbing (unclogging drains, fixing leaks, replacing fixtures), electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting, breakers), HVAC servicing, and minor carpentry or painting.
Inspecting buildings and equipment for safety compliance and potential hazards.
Installing or aligning new equipment, reading manuals/schematics/blueprints, and maintaining records
