Plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from start to finish. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, to the required quality standards, and in compliance with safety and building codes also act as the central point of control, working with architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules/timetables.
Interpreting contracts, blueprints, and technical documents.
Monitoring progress, quality, and costs; reporting to clients and stakeholders.
Managing day-to-day site operations, including logistics, materials, and labour.
Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalent, cost estimating and budgeting, scheduling, blueprint reading, knowledge of construction methods/codes, contract administration, and leadership, communication (with diverse teams and clients), problem-solving, analytical ability, time management, and decision-making under pressure.
