Staff Management
Supervise, schedule, and train laundry attendants/workers
Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary issues
Ensure adequate staffing coverage across shifts
Operations
Oversee sorting, washing, drying, ironing/pressing, and folding of linens and garments
Monitor production volume to meet daily quotas/demand
Ensure timely delivery of clean linens to departments (housekeeping, F&B, nursing units, etc.)
Manage inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies; reorder as needed.
