Order handling
Take room service orders by phone (or relay orders from the call center/PMS system) accurately, confirming items, quantities, and special requests
Communicate order details clearly to kitchen staff
Check completed orders against tickets for accuracy before delivery
Setup and delivery
Set up trays/carts correctly with proper linens, silverware, condiments, and garnishes
Ensure food is covered, at correct temperature, and presented attractively
Deliver orders to rooms within promised time frames.
