Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and directing construction crews and subcontractors; delegating tasks and setting daily work schedules.
Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with drawings/specifications.
Enforcing health and safety rules (toolbox talks, PPE, hazard identification, accident response, and compliance with regulations such as OSHA or equivalent).
Coordinating material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics to avoid delays.
Maintaining daily logs, attendance records, progress reports, and incident documentation.
Communicating with project managers, clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders; escalating issues promptly.
