Key Responsibilities / Duties
Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules/timetables (often using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project).
Interpreting contracts, blueprints, and technical information for teams.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, clients, and other specialists.
Selecting, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors and trades.
Monitoring progress, reporting to clients/owners on schedule and budget, and managing change orders.
Responding to delays, emergencies, or problems on site.
Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations.
