Core Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting customers, taking orders (including customizations), recommending menu items, and processing payments via POS systems (cash, cards, mobile).
Preparing a range of hot and cold beverages: espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, americanos), filter/pour-over coffee, cold brew, teas, blended/frozen drinks, and more—following recipes for consistency in grind, extraction, milk steaming/texturing, temperature, and presentation.
