Laundry Supervisor

Staff supervision: Schedule, train, and supervise laundry attendants/washers; assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Production management: Oversee washing, drying, ironing, folding, and sorting to meet daily volume/quality targets
Quality control: Inspect finished items for cleanliness, stains, damage, and proper folding/pressing standards
Inventory & supplies: Track linen/uniform inventory, order detergents and chemicals, manage par levels to avoid shortages
Equipment maintenance: Monitor washers, dryers, and pressing equipment; coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
