Primary Duties:

Support recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates.
Manage onboarding and offboarding: prepare paperwork, equipment requests, orientation scheduling, exit interviews.
Maintain employee records and HRIS: create/update files, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Benefits and payroll support: collect forms, answer basic benefits questions, coordinate with payroll/benefits vendors.
Employee communications: respond to routine HR inquiries, prepare HR notices and internal communications.
Compliance and documentation: help prepare documents for audits, track mandatory trainings and certifications.

Required skills & Qualification:

High school Diploma or equivalent, Strong verbal and written communication.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) 
Customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
