Core Responsibilities

Luggage handling: Carrying, loading, and unloading guests’ bags and belongings to/from rooms, vehicles, or storage areas
Guest assistance: Escorting guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel amenities
Transportation support: Helping guests into taxis, arranging vehicles, or directing traffic at entrances
Package/mail handling: Delivering messages, packages, flowers, or room service items
Storage management: Managing left-luggage rooms and storing items for guests before check-in or after check-out
General upkeep: Keeping the lobby, entrance, and luggage areas tidy and organized.
