Core Responsibilities
Operating machinery — running filling lines, mixers, blenders, pasteurizers, capping/sealing machines, labelers, and packaging equipment
Monitoring production — watching gauges, control panels, and digital displays to keep temperature, pressure, flow rate, and fill levels within spec
Quality checks — pulling samples to check taste, carbonation, fill volume, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity; documenting results
Recipe/formula adherence — measuring and adding ingredients (syrups, concentrates, flavorings, CO2, water treatment additives) according to batch sheets
Troubleshooting — identifying jams, leaks, misaligned labels, or equipment malfunctions and either fixing minor issues or escalating to maintenance.
