Room Service Attendant

Core Responsibilities:

Taking phone orders for food and drinks (or relaying orders placed through other channels)
Preparing trays/carts according to hotel presentation standards
Delivering orders promptly to guest rooms, following proper timing
Setting up trays or tables in the room, including linens, condiments, and garnishes
Explaining menu items, specials, or answering questions about the order
Processing bill payments or adding charges to the guest’s room account
Collecting used trays and dishes from hallways or rooms afterward.
