Main Responsibilities
Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors
Washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients
Assisting cooks/chefs with basic food prep (measuring ingredients, portioning food)
Receiving and properly storing food deliveries (checking dates, rotating stock)
Taking out trash and recycling, maintaining a clean waste disposal area
Restocking kitchen supplies and ingredients
Operating dishwashers and other basic kitchen equipment
Following food safety and hygiene standards.
