Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage construction projects (scope, schedule, sequence of work)
Manage budgets and costs (tracking estimates, forecasts, change orders)
Coordinate stakeholders (owners, architects/engineers, subcontractors, inspectors)
Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and contract requirements
Oversee project scheduling (crew planning, critical path, milestones)
Monitor quality and progress (site inspections, punch lists, documentation)
Manage safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety plans
Handle changes (evaluate impacts, submit/track change orders).
