Core Duties:
Greet guests and seat them (if applicable)
Take food and drink orders accurately (in person or using POS/tablet systems)
Answer questions about the menu (ingredients, allergens, recommendations)
Serve meals and beverages promptly and safely
Check on guests during the meal and handle requests
Process payments (cash/card), handle receipts, and provide change
Clear and reset tables and maintain dining-area cleanliness
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to meet timing and service needs
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed
Follow health and safety rules (food handling, hygiene, sanitation)
Requirements includes, no formal education is needed, Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork and coordination with kitchen/bar staff
Basic math (for bill totals, tips, change)
Attention to detail (accurate orders, allergy awareness)
Polished and professional demeanour
