Laundry Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management: Supervise, schedule, and train laundry attendants; assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Operations Oversight: Ensure linens, uniforms, and guest/patient items are washed, dried, pressed, folded, and sorted efficiently and on schedule
Quality Control: Inspect finished items for cleanliness, stains, tears, or damage; ensure standards are met before items return to circulation
Inventory Management: Track linen/uniform stock levels, order supplies (detergents, chemicals), and manage par levels to avoid shortages
Equipment Maintenance: Monitor washers, dryers, pressers, and folding machines; schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
