Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages, checking that orders are correct
Check in on tables during the meal to handle refills, extra requests, or problems
Process payments and handle the bill/check
Clear and reset tables between guests
Handle special requests: allergies, dietary restrictions, split checks, to-go orders.
