Kitchen Steward

Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing & sanitation – washing dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and pans by hand or using dish machines
Kitchen equipment cleaning – cleaning ovens, grills, fryers, stoves, exhaust hoods, and other cooking equipment
Floor & surface maintenance – mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing kitchen floors, walls, and prep surfaces
Trash & waste management – emptying garbage bins, sorting recyclables, and managing waste disposal
Storage organization – properly storing clean dishes, utensils, and equipment; organizing storerooms
Inventory support – receiving and storing deliveries, checking stock levels of cleaning supplies.
