Loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment
Digging, backfilling, and levelling ground
Mixing and pouring concrete, mortar, or plaster
Erecting and dismantling barriers, scaffolding, and temporary structures
Operating basic hand and power tools
Cleaning and clearing debris from work sites
Assisting tradespeople (bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, etc.) with tasks
