Run a station/section of tables and deliver consistent service standards.
Set up tables (linens, china, silverware, glassware) and prepare the service station (mise-en-place).
Greet and seat guests, present food and beverage menus, explain dishes/ingredients/allergies/substitutions, make recommendations, and upsell (wine, specials, etc.).
Take accurate orders, coordinate with the galley and assistant waiters for timing, and serve food/beverages properly.
Clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and handle special requests, dietary needs, or complaints promptly.
