Key Responsibilities:
Assemble/Build: Assemble parts or products using hand tools, machines, or work instructions.
Operate Equipment: Run production equipment (e.g., mixers, conveyors, filling/packaging machines) safely and correctly.
Quality Checks: Inspect items for defects, measure dimensions, and ensure items meet specifications.
Follow Work Instructions: Read blueprints/SOPs, follow routing sheets, and maintain accurate batch/job records.
Packaging & Labeling: Pack finished goods, label cartons, and prepare items for shipment.
Basic Maintenance: Perform routine checks, clean equipment/work areas, and report malfunctions.
Inventory Support: Restock materials, stage parts for production, and handle component counts.
