Core Responsibilities:
Operate assigned machines (set up/start/monitor/stop as required).
Load materials (raw parts, feed, components) and ensure correct handling.
Follow production schedules and work instructions.
Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.
Perform basic maintenance checks (cleaning, lubrication checks, minor adjustments).
Inspect finished products for defects using visual checks and/or measurement tools.
Record production data (counts, downtime, defects, batch/lot info).
Report machine issues, safety hazards, and quality problems to supervisors.
