Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately
Set up trays/carts according to standards (linens, condiments, utensils, garnishes)
Take phone orders for room service when needed, confirming items and any special requests
Present the bill, process payment or charge to room, and explain menu items when asked
Retrieve used trays and dishes from hallways/rooms in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness of the room service area, trays, and equipment.
