Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and specials
Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages, check on tables during the meal, and refill drinks
Handle special requests (allergies, substitutions, kids’ meals)
Process payments, split checks, and handle cash/card transactions
Clear and reset tables between guests
Upsell specials, appetizers, or desserts when appropriate.
