Key Responsibilities
Meeting with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and site constraints
Creating design concepts, sketches, and detailed architectural drawings/plans
Using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD) to produce technical drawings
Ensuring designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
Preparing and presenting project proposals and cost estimates
Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other specialists.
