Team & Work Management
Supervise, schedule, and assign tasks to electricians and technicians
Review work orders and prioritize jobs based on urgency and resources
Train and mentor junior staff; conduct performance evaluations
Coordinate with other departments (mechanical, instrumentation, operations, engineering)
Technical Oversight
Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Inspect completed work for quality and code compliance
Troubleshoot complex electrical faults that escalate beyond technician level
Oversee installation/maintenance of switchgear, transformers, motors, MCCs, panels, cabling, PLCs, and control systems.
