Core Responsibilities:
Operating hydraulic excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and holes for construction, utility, or mining projects
Loading and moving materials like dirt, rock, and debris
Grading and leveling land
Demolishing structures when required
Working from blueprints, site plans, or grade stakes to dig to precise depths and dimensions
Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance (checking fluids, hydraulics, tracks)
Coordinating with other equipment operators, laborers, and site supervisors.
