Project planning – Developing schedules, timelines, and work plans; determining sequence of construction activities
Budget management – Estimating costs, tracking expenses, approving payments to subcontractors and suppliers, controlling cost overruns
Team supervision – Hiring and overseeing subcontractors, laborers, and site staff; coordinating with architects, engineers, and inspectors
Site management – Daily oversight of the job site, ensuring work meets specifications and quality standards
Safety compliance – Enforcing OSHA regulations and site safety protocols, conducting inspections.
