Bartender

Key duties & responsibilities:

Greet guests, take and serve drink orders promptly and accurately.
Prepare a wide range of beverages (beer, wine, spirits, classic and signature cocktails) to recipe standards.
Operate POS, process payments, open/close tabs, and balance cash drawer.
Maintain clean, organized bar area: glassware, garnishes, ice, refrigeration, and back‑bar stock.
Monitor guest intoxication and refuse service when necessary; follow local alcohol‑service laws and company policies.
Restock and inventory bar supplies; communicate low‑stock items to management.

Required skills & competencies;

Mixology knowledge: recipes, techniques (shaking, stirring, muddling, layering).
Customer service and communication: friendly, clear, de‑escalation skills.
Cash handling and POS experience; basic math for billing and making change.
Multitasking and time management under busy periods.
Attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.
