Core responsibilities:
Operate packaging machinery (case packers, sealers, labellers, shrink tunnels) and perform basic setup, changeovers, and adjustments.
Package finished goods to meet product specifications, lot control and customer labelling requirements.
Inspect packaged products for defects, proper weight/count, seal integrity and correct labelling.
Load/unload materials, prepare boxes, kitting, and complete packing lists and documentation.
Maintain accurate production and quality records (batch numbers, counts, scrap, rejects).
Required qualifications & skills
High school diploma or equivalent, Ability to operate and learn packaging machinery and hand tools.
Basic math and ability to read labels/specs; attention to detail for lot control and labeling accuracy.
Good manual dexterity and sustained physical stamina.
Ability to follow written SOPs and safety rules.
