Manage executive and/or team calendars, schedule and confirm meetings, and coordinate meeting logistics (rooms, equipment, agendas).
Answer and route phone calls; greet visitors and manage front-desk duties when required.
Draft, format, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems; handle record retention and document retrieval.
Organize travel (itineraries, bookings, visas) and prepare expense reports.
Take meeting minutes and distribute action items; follow up on assigned tasks.

Essential skills & Qualification includes; High school Diploma or equivalent,  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization, time-management, and prioritization.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
