Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment (motors, drives, switchgear, transformers, PLCs, MCCs, UPS, lighting, power distribution).
Troubleshoot and repair electrical/control faults using schematics, multimeters, insulation testers, thermal imaging, and oscilloscope diagnostics.
Maintain and calibrate electrical instruments and control systems; program/configure PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs as required.
Plan and execute planned shutdown/turnaround electrical work safely and on schedule.
Develop, update, and follow electrical maintenance procedures, wiring diagrams, and documentation (as-built, SOPs, P&IDs where applicable).
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeat failures.
Required qualifications & skills; High school Diploma or equivalent, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent manual dexterity and hands-on troubleshooting.
Good communication skills—able to write clear maintenance reports and train technicians.
Attention to safety, compliance orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to read electrical drawings and interpret technical manuals.
