Room Service Attendant

Deliver room service orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
Set up service items neatly (trays, carts, condiments, utensils, napkins) according to hotel standards.
Provide excellent guest service: answer basic requests, handle guest concerns professionally, and escalate issues when needed.
Collect and return used items (plates, trays, linens, cutlery) following hygiene and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service stations/carts.
Follow food handling rules (temperature control, portioning, labeling, rotation where applicable).
Assist with restocking supplies (menu items, beverages, condiments, cleaning supplies).
Monitor and log room service deliveries when required (computer/tablet or manual records).

Required Skills & Qualifications;

High school diploma (or equivalent); hospitality experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.
Ability to lift and move food/trays safely (if required).
Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
