Key Responsibilities includes: 

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling holes or cracks
Mix and match paint colors to specifications
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other tools
Protect floors and furniture with drop cloths and plastic sheeting
Maintain tools and equipment
Follow safety protocols and building codes
Inspect finished work for quality and consistency

Required Skills such as:  Attention to detail and precision
Physical stamina and strength
Color matching and mixing ability
Knowledge of different paint types and surface materials
Tool proficiency
Customer service skills
