Janitor

Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and custodial duties to keep facilities clean, safe, and presentable. Maintain floors, restrooms, common areas, trash removal, and basic repairs; follow safety and sanitation procedures, Empty trash and recycling receptacles; replace liners.
Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, ledges, windowsills, and doors.
Clean entrances, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and break rooms.
Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
Report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or security issues to supervisor.

Reliability and punctuality.
Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and follow directions.
Basic mechanical aptitude for minor repairs.
Customer-service orientation when interacting with building occupants.
