Key Responsibilities:
Personal care: Assist with bathing, showering, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
Patient comfort & wellbeing: Help with nutrition/hydration, oral care, and basic comfort measures.
Vitals & basic observations: Record things like temperature, pulse, blood pressure, weight, fluid intake/output (as required by your workplace).
Care plans support: Follow individual care plans and report changes in condition to senior staff.
Safe movement & assistance: Support transfers (e.g., bed to chair) using correct moving-and-handling techniques.
Infection prevention: Maintain cleanliness, follow PPE rules, and support safe disposal of waste/clinical materials.
Qualifications / Requirements
High school Diploma or equivalent, Compassion and patience
Good communication (with patients, families, and the care team)
Attention to detail (for records and care procedures)
Teamwork and reliability
Physical stamina and safe handling practices
