Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble parts, subassemblies, or finished goods per process instructions.
Inspect parts/products for defects; remove/sort defective items.
Pack, label, and palletize finished products for shipment.
Perform routine machine setups, basic adjustments, and cleaning.
Follow written work instructions, checklists, and quality standards (ISO/Lean/GMP where applicable).
Record production data, scrap, downtime, and completed units.
Required skills & qualifications includes; no formal degree is required, Standing for long periods, repetitive motions, bending, lifting (typical up to 25–50 lbs; heavier with mechanical assistance).
Exposure to noise, dust, temperature variations, chemicals (PPE required).
Shift work may be required (day/evening/night), overtime, and weekend work during peaks.
Must be able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, steel-toe footwear).
