Core responsibilities

Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives; identify efficiency and automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional projects (product launches, process changes, system rollouts).
Vendor and supplier management (selection, performance, SLAs, contracts).
Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and change management.
Report operational performance and risks to senior leadership; recommend strategy adjustments.

Required qualifications & skills

High school Diploma or equivalent,  Strong analytical skills and comfort with operational dashboards, metrics, and Excel or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience managing budgets, P&L awareness, and vendor relationships.
Solid project management skills and experience delivering operational projects on time and on budget.
