Responsible for overall management and daily operations of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies. Leads department managers, oversees budgeting and financial results, drives revenue and occupancy, and ensures high standards for guest service and safety.
Prepare and manage annual budgets; monitor monthly P&L and take corrective actions.
Control costs (labour, supplies, utilities) while protecting service quality.

Required skills & qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent, Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Financial literacy: budgeting, P&L management, forecasting.
Revenue management and sales acumen.
High customer-service orientation and problem-solving.
Familiarity with property management systems
