Acts as the primary front-line service contact for guests/residents/clients. Provides personalized information and support (directions, reservations, transport, errands), anticipates needs, resolves service issues, and creates memorable experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate logs/records of guest requests and reservations in property/CRM systems.
Upsell hotel/resident services (dining, spa, events) where appropriate.
Maintain neat appearance of concierge desk and informational materials.
Support front-desk team during peak periods and participate in safety/emergency procedures.
Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and partners.
Required qualifications & skills
High school Diploma or equivalent, Strong knowledge of the local area (restaurants, attractions, transportation).
Proficiency with phone systems, reservation/booking software, and basic office tools (email, calendar).
Fluent in English; additional language(s) a strong plus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem solving and calmness under pressure.
