Main Responsibilities:
Create control architectures (feedback/feedforward logic, interlocks, safety sequences)
Write and configure software for control platforms (e.g., PLC programming, HMI logic, simulation models)
Develop PLC/HMI/SCADA screens and user workflows for operators
Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting on equipment/plants/production lines
Conduct fault analysis and optimize control performance (stability, overshoot, settling time, steady-state error)
Work with electrical/mechanical/production teams to integrate sensors, actuators, and drives
Support documentation: functional requirements, FAT/SAT test plans, and as-built drawings.
Required Skills & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation, Strong foundation in control theory: PID control, stability, tuning methods, system response
Ability to read and create electrical/instrumentation diagrams (P&ID, wiring diagrams, block diagrams)
Debugging skills: log analysis, I/O verification, commissioning troubleshooting
Programming logic (structured logic, state machines, interlocks).
